Treat your birthday boy or girl to a day they’ll never forget on a real working farm! Host a birthday party at Belkin Family Lookout Farm and enjoy our petting zoos, new children’s play area, a ride through the orchards on our train or hay wagon, your own private party room at our Farm House and more!
Package is based on 20 guests. We will charge an additional cost of $8.00 per guest for any number over 20.
The Belkin Blast — $400
Your Party Will Include:
- Duration: 2 Hours
- Hay ride or train ride (varies depending on time of year and number of guests)
- Tour of the farm while learning about organic farming, the crops we grow, greenhouses, our state of the art drip irrigation system and our long rooted history.
- Use of private party room at our farm house
- Use of our NEW children’s play area
- Visit to our bee observatory
- Visit with the farm animals in our 2 petting zoos and learn about their lives.
- A run through our burlap maze. (maze is available August - October)
- Caterpillar rides for all children.
- ¼ sheet cake with child's name - choice of vanilla or chocolate (feeds 20). If you'd like half Vanilla and half Chocolate you must upgrade to a 1/2 sheet cake or larger.
- Belkin Family Lookout Farm’s famous homemade gelato – choice of chocolate, vanilla or strawberry
- Juice and bottled water

All utensils - plates, cups, forks, napkins, and party decorations (THEME: standard birthday)
Party Extras:
- Add cheese pizzas — $12.00 each
- Add topping pizzas (topping of choice) — $14.00 each
- Upgrade to a half sheet cake for an additional $15.00 (feeds ~40 Guests)
- Upgrade to a full sheet cake for an additional $25.00 (feeds ~60 Guests)
2008 Party Policies:
- A 50% deposit is required at time of booking (cash, cheque, or credit card). Both the remaining balance and the final headcount are due 3 days prior to event.
- A full refund will be granted for events that are cancelled 2 weeks prior to event. If a host wishes to cancel an event after 2 weeks prior to the event, it will be rescheduled for a time that is agreed upon by both the host and the event manager. If the host and the event manager cannot agree on a date for rescheduling, the host will be refunded for everything except his/her initial 50% deposit.
- If an event is cancelled due to rain, it will be rescheduled for a time that is agreed upon by both the host and the event manager. Rain dates are Tuesdays — Fridays only and based on availability. If the host and the event manager cannot agree on a date for rescheduling, the host will be refunded completely.
- All birthday party packages are based on 2 hours.
- We require that parents bring at least 2 adult chaperones to help organize and supervise the children.
- All guests must arrive at least 15 minutes early as the train ride/hay ride to the farm house will leave promptly at the scheduled party time. Since we often have parties scheduled back–to–back and because there is no access to the farm house by car, we must ask for complete cooperation with this matter.
- Hosts and their guests will not be allowed to drive up in a car to the farm house at any point before, during, or after the party due to the fact that the trains are running continuously throughout the day, and the presence of cars on the train route would be a safety hazard.
- If a host wishes to bring party favors, etc., to the farm house prior to the party, they are welcome to come before the start of the party, and we will have someone meet them at a previously scheduled meeting place on the farm to bring anything that is needed up to the farm house.
- We do not allow hosts to bring their own food or drink. If any of the guests are allergic to food that we may be serving, etc., we will be happy to work with the host ahead of time, to find an alternate solution.
- We do not provide party favors but you may bring your own.
- All parties must begin and end promptly at their scheduled times.
- Unless prior arrangements have made with the event manager, the maximum length of a party is 2 hours. This includes the ride to farm house.
