Treat your birthday boy or girl to a day they’ll never forget at Belkin Family Lookout Farm. Your day starts with a train ride to your private birthday party room at our farm house. After cake and home-made gelato, the kids will enjoy our farm-themed Children’s Play Area, caterpillar ride, hay pyramid, burlap maze, moon bounce and so much more!
Birthday parties are based on 20 guests, including children, adults and chaperones. Any guest over 20 will be charged the prevailing admission price for the day of the party.
Birthday Blast — $500
Your Party Will Include:
- Use of private party room at our farm house
- Party times are from 11:00am – 1:00pm and 2:00pm – 4:00pm
- Train ride through the orchards to the farm house with a tour guide who will explain the different types of fruit that we grow, our state-of -the -art -drip irrigation system and our long-rooted history
- Use of our farm-themed Children’s Play Area that includes, caterpillar rides, hay pyramid, burlap maze, moon bounce and
- On weekends, we also offer face-painting, live children’s entertainment and seasonal petting zoo (available
- ¼ sheet cake with child's name - choice of yellow or chocolate cake (feeds 20)
- Homemade Italian gelato – choice of chocolate, vanilla or strawberry
- Juice box
- Lookout Farm balloon (one for each child)
- All utensils - plates, cups, forks, napkins, and standard birthday party decorations
Party Extras:
· Upgrade to a half sheet cake for an additional $15.00 (feeds ~40 guests)
· Upgrade to a full sheet cake for an additional $25.00 (feeds ~60 guests)
· The party room holds 30 people comfortably. Please discuss options for larger groups with the Event Manager
· Cheese pizza (12-inch) can be supplied for an additional $15.00 per pizza
2009 Party Policies:
· A minimum head-count guarantee is due three days prior to the party. Birthday packages are based on 20 guests, including children, adults and chaperones. Any guest over 20 will be charged the prevailing admission price for the day of the party.
· Our birthday party package is based on two hours.
· Parties are booked for two hours which includes the ride to the farm house. All guests must arrive at least 15 minutes early as the train ride to the farm house will leave promptly at the scheduled party time. For the safety of our visitors and your guests, no one will be allowed to drive a car to the farm house at any time before, during or after the party.
· If a host or guest wishes to bring party favors or presents, etc., to the farm house, they are welcome to do so via the train.
· A $150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. In the event the party must be cancelled due to heavy rain, every effort will be made to rebook the party. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued less any direct costs passed along to Lookout Farm.
· All parties must begin and end promptly at their scheduled times as parties in the farm house are scheduled back-to-back. Guests are welcome to stay outside on the farm after the party is over at no additional cost.
