Group Outings
The farm has closed for the season. See you in the spring! Group Outings and corporate events may be held at the farm any day. Belkin Family Lookout Farm is not only one of the oldest continuously working farms in the country, but we're also the perfect spot for your next group outing. Located on nearly 200 beautiful acres, we provide a setting that you find anywhere else! Your group will begin the day with our popular Lookout Farm Train ride. As you pass through the beautiful arbors canopied with grapes and surrounded by a variety of fruit trees, your tour guide will tell you all about our working farm and its rich history. Once the tour is complete, you'll be dropped off at our event site where a whole day of fun will be waiting! As we cook up a BBQ fresh on our outdoor grills, your group will have the opportunity to sit back and relax under our tented picnic tables. If your group includes children, there is plenty to keep them busy too. They'll enjoy our seasonal petting zoo, the farm themed Children's Play Area, burlap maze, hay pyramid and more! And don't forget, when our fruit is in season, both children and adults alike will enjoy taking part in our famous U-Pick activity. For groups big and small (minimum of 30 people) we are the ideal location for your next group outing. Offering fun for all ages, private group outings are available June through October (excluding some weekends and holidays). “All–You–Can–Eat” BBQ Package: OR Burgers and Dogs Package: Hours: You may book these packages in increments of three hours. If you would like to extend your party for an extra hour, add $150 to your package cost.

Private Event Policies:
A $300 deposit is due at the time of booking. A full refund will be issued, provided the event is cancelled with a 21-day notice.
A 50% deposit is due 14 days prior to the event; the final minimum head-count guarantee is due seven days prior. Any guest over the minimum head-count will be billed to your account.
It is important that the group arrive on time, for the safety of our visitors and your guests, no one will be allowed to drive a car to the farmhouse any time before, during or after the event.
