Orchard opens at 10am, last entrance 6:30pm. 
Corn Maze and Play Area close at 6pm, Orchard closes at 7pm.

2025 Farm Admission Pricing:

EARLY SEASON:
Late July & August: 

$25 per person ages 3 and above.
 

PEAK SEASON: 

September & October 
Peak Season begins Labor Day Weekend 2025.
Weekend Pricing: $35 online or $38 at entrance gate. 
Admission is required per
person ages 3 and above.

Weekday Pricing: $30 per person ages 3 and above. 

Holiday Monday Pricing: $35 online or $38 at entrance gate.
Admission is required per
person ages 3 and above.
 

Each Paid farm admission includes wristband to play areas, orchard access to picking pathways and one half peck fruit u-pick bag. Wristbands are required to enter all farm play areas and orchard pathways. Pricing, Hours, and Fruit availability are subject to change.

Admission is required for everyone entering the orchard ages 3 and older. 

Children 2 and under are free. This means everyone in your party ages 3 and older requires a paid admission which includes a half peck picking bag. 

 

U-Pick Orchard locations are accessed via walking paths (approx. 1/2 mile each way), comfortable footwear, strollers/wagons encouraged. 

 

Property Policies:

  • Tractor Play Area and Corn Maze close at 6pm *U-Pick Admission Wristband or Season Pass required to enter.

  • Fruit availability subject to change. U-Pick is rain or shine.

  • Strollers / Wagons are encouraged. Bicycles and scooters are not permitted.

  • Dogs are NOT permitted - pursuant to the Massachusetts Department of Agriculture.

  • No Outside Food Or Drink Permitted.

  • All picked fruit must be placed in a Lookout Farm U-Pick Bag purchased the day of your visit. Any Fruit placed in strollers, purses, pockets, totes etc will be subject to additional charges.

  • No Trespassing: The Lookout Farm Play Areas and Orchards ​are not open to the public, U-Pick Admission is required to enter the play area and Corn Maze.
